Please take notice that the type of SR22 insurance you requested is NOT TYPICAL.

If you own a vehicle, this is NOT the type of insurance you should purchase. SR22 NAMED NON-OWNER insurance only protects you when you are driving an automobile in which you have NO OWNERSHIP OF ANY KIND! This type of insurance DOES NOT cover you while driving a vehicle that is work related. This policy DOES NOT cover you while driving a vehicle owned by a resident of your household nor a vehicle available or loaned to you on a regular basis.

When coverage is applicable, it will be excess to any other insurance. NO Comprehensive or Collision coverage is included in this type of policy for any vehicle you drive.

If you acquire a vehicle, you must add that vehicle to your policy within 30 days of its acquisition and pay any additional fees and premium. The same coverages shall apply for any newly acquired vehicle as were provided before its acquisition. You must advise us of your desire to increase or add available coverages prior to any loss. As this policy only covers you,when adding a vehicle, you must also inform us of any licensed spouse, cosigner and other drivers. The vehicle(s) and driver(s) WILL NOT be covered until confirmed by the company or its representatives.

I understand that the SR22 NAMED NON-OWNER policy for which I am applying covers only me, the named insured. No other persons are covered under this insurance at any time and no other persons can be added to this insurance.

I understand that the SR-22 NAMED NON-OWNER policy for which I am applying does not provide coverage when I am driving any of the following vehicles:

1. Vehicles I own, are registered to me, or are available for my regular use;
2. Vehicles owned by any persons with whom I reside;
3. Any non-private passenger type vehicles
